With Tu Tike, users can create events, design a map of seats or tables with custom prices, and sell tickets through an interactive booking page.

You have two options:

1. Self-management: Manage all your events from the Tu Tike platform administration with your username and password. You can modify prices, availability, promotions, and customize the event page.
2. Assisted management: If you prefer that our team manage your events, we can do it for you.

Yes. When you create an account, you receive an API Key that allows you to integrate the platform with your own system or website.

Yes. There are two options:

1. Integration via API, to fully customize the experience within your website.
2. Use of the ready-to-use booking page, which you can link to your domain or subdomain with your visual identity.

Yes. From the platform you can modify:

• Colors, logo, and branding to match your identity.
• Event details, such as date, location, and description.
• Availability, prices, and promotions of seats or tables.

When you create your account, you can choose between two options:

1. Direct payment to your bank account: Each sale is automatically transferred to the account you set up, deducting the platform fee for each transaction.
2. Accumulation of balance on the platform: You can let sales accumulate and withdraw them when you prefer.

The fee that Tu Tike covers in each transaction is agreed upon with each business and is automatically deducted in each transaction or at the time of balance withdrawal.

Yes. We work with certified payment providers, guaranteeing secure transactions and data protection.
